ChatterVox lightweight Headset Microphone is the most comfortable headset microphone available, with a thin, discreet design.  The microphone goes behind the head and over both ears with a thin boom that you can adjust to be right at the corner of your mouth.  It also has a detachable cable so if the cable gets damaged you can simply replace it and not the entire microphone.
