ila Stand Magnifiers
A stand magnifier has a built in "stand" which sets the proper viewing distance between the magnifier and the reading material. The user can place the magnifier flat on the reading material and then move the eye towards the magnifier for optimal viewing. This style of magnifier is helpful because the user does not have to hold the magnifier and the user does not have to struggle to find and hold the proper distance between the magnifier and the printed material.
