Dome Magnifiers
A dome magnifier is usually a clear piece of acrylic or lucite that sits directly on top of your reading material and can provide magnification up to 5X. The clear dome shape collects and allows in natural light from all sides, and thus provides a bright reading area without the need for built in illumination. Dome magnifiers are sometimes referred to as paperweight magnifiers and are a handy tool to keep on your desk.
