Good lighting is particularly important for a low vision individual. Good lighting makes reading a little bit easier and provides better safety while moving around the house. At Independent Living Aids, we sell a variety of Special Use Lamps & Lighting, including Task Lamps, Floor Lamps, Lamps with Magnifiers, Flashlights, & Spot Lights. Many lamps now come with LED lighting. This type of lighting is more energy efficient and cooler to the touch than the old incandescent bulbs.
