Large blood pressure replacement cuff works with the ILA blood pressure meter, 481069,  A&D model UA-1040.  It is designed to conform to your arm to make it as comfortable as possible when you measure your blood pressure. It fits arms with a circumference of 12.2-17.7″.  This cuff works will for people with larger arms, in order to get the most accurate meter reading.
