It will also announce the date and the day if you press the button twice. The large digital display shows you the time, day and date, in big, bold numbers and letters. The atomic clock keeps perfect time and automatically sets itself after a change of batteries or Daylight Savings changes. Atomic feature works in North America and Mexico.
Measures 4.5 x 4.7 x 2.75 inches, and the LCD screen is 1.75 x 3 inches. A great looking clock for the office, living room, den or anywhere else you need it. Requires 2 AA batteries (not included). Twelve hour time. Optional hourly announcement/hourly chime function will sound between the hours of 8AM and 10PM, so as not to distrub at night. Guides user vocally through set-up.
